There’s something magical about making chocolate while it rains. Surrounded by lush green mango trees a cool breeze and the earthy smell of the rain. Bean to Bar is a cosy hands-on chocolate-making workshop where you’ll get to slow down create and indulge.
Led by Devansh Ashar the founder of Pascati Chocolate: one of India’s first bean-to-bar chocolate brands. This workshop is all about getting your hands messy your heart happy and your senses active.
Here’s what’s in store:
Make Your Own Chocolate: You’ll learn how chocolate is made from scratch – from cacao beans to beautiful bars. It’s simpler than it sounds and a lot more fun.
Use Fresh Organic Ingredients: We’ll be using only the best – organically grown and exotic ingredients – herbs spices dried fruits nuts and more. You get to mix match and play with flavors.
Feel the Rain Breathe the Farm: Ecoville during the rains is a treat! You’ll be in the middle of nature with warm chocolate in your hands and cool monsoon breezes all around.
Take Home Two Handmade Chocolate Bars: Craft two delicious 30g bars – totally your creation – wrapped up and ready to take home (or eat on the way!).
